my name is

Nate Furtado.

Who I Am

From listening to Earl Klugh as a toddler to growing up in the hardcore scene of the Bay Area, and now working in the film and music industry out of Seattle; my fixation with sound is part of who I am.

In Your Shoes

Artists from all over the world share the feeling of being undervalued and taken advantage of. Ten years as a touring musician has provided me a unique perspective. It’s imperative that our collaboration leaves you feeling respected and valued.

MY PROMISE

I am a perfectionist who thrives within deadlines. No matter the size or scope of the project, I take the same care with them all.

Nate exceeded my expectations. He took the time to discuss the way I composed, the vision the director and I had, and how I wanted the music to feel. He ensured my score had a singular voice. As a film composer, choosing a score mixer is crucial. I’d recommend you talk to Nate Furtado before your next project.
